Matt Richards is a VERY fast swimmer, that’s not a fact that many people would argue with. He’s one of the fastest swimmers of all time in the long course 200 freestyle and he is an individual world champion, individual olympic medalist and a two time Olympic champion on relays. He is NOW also committed to swim at the University of Florida for ONE semester.
