I Swam Every Day for 30 Days, This Is What Happened | Tucker Abel

I swam every single day for 30 days to see how much I could improve my speed, endurance, and overall technique.

On Day 1, I tested myself with an all-out 100, 400, and 1000-yard swim to establish a baseline. Then I followed a structured training plan with speed workouts, endurance sessions, threshold training, and technique work to find out what would happen after swimming every day for a month.

Will I finally break through my plateau? How much faster can I actually get in just 30 days?

Follow along as I document every workout, the highs and lows, and my final retest to see if all the hard work pays off.
