Wow, a 4-man pushup with lift-off exercise, a 4-girl endurance session and … a, ehm, human pushup centipede ? (If you look closely, you’ll notice that the front man in the first exercise is Pál Joensen)

There is a (friendly) verbal battle going on on Facebook between René Thomsen headcoach of Berns in Denmark and Jón Bjarnason headcoach of SuSvim on the Faroe Isles. Now René answers with Jón’s “Can you do this?” video series with “1 of 50”. This looks promising! :-)

Some youngsters from Suðuroyar Svimjifelag in Vágur, Faroe Islands strutting their stuff. I don’t know how ‘perfect’ their form is at times, but they’ve sure got the energy! That last Berns vs SuSvim face-off thing is an internal joke, I think, between the director here Jón Bjarnason (head coach of SuSvim) and Berns head coach…
