We have talked about freestyle, backstroke and breaststroke breakouts. Now we will talk about the butterfly break out. In order to do a successful butterfly breakout you must do it fluidly. You need to keep the momentum of the push and underwater kicks to do a seamless transition to your stroke. There is one advantage of the butterfly breakout that the other strokes don’t have.
