    In this 5th episode, Swim Smooth Head Coach, Paul Newsome, looks at how common it is for people to turn their head and shoulders too late when they go to take a breath – this slight delay can see you needing to push down with the lead arm in order to lift yourself higher to take a breath above the bow wave. Good timing is essential to an effortless feeling stroke.
