The idea for the relay came out of the teammateรขโฌโขs support of Harris, a testicular cancer survivor who has been in remission for 3 years.
รขโฌลWe wanted to come up with a fun way to show our support for those who suffer from testicular and prostate cancer, to raise awareness for Movember and menรขโฌโขs health issues and to show Shaun, who has been swimming with our club for the past few months, that we support him and the recovery he has made from testicular cancer,รขโฌย says coach, Emile De Bruin.
In a statement today the TUKS Mo Bro Relay have issued aรย challenge to other swimming teams รขโฌโ universities, schools and clubs รขโฌโ and individual swimmers around the country and worldรย to register onMovember.com and swim in the name of Movember.
