Kenyan documentary Papa Shillingi was awarded the prestigious Golden Sea Star at 10. International Underwater Film Festival in Dรยผsseldorf recently. Produced by Volker Bassen together with Katrin Ender, entirely shoot in Diani Beach, Kenya.
