    Brazil’s César Cielo Filho set a new 50 freestyle world record this morning, at the Brazilian Long Course Championships in Sao Paolo, with a time of 20.91, where France’s Frederick Bousquet’s world record from last April was 20.94. Read SwimmingWorld Magazine
