East Lyme’s Sylvi Otter, who won the diving portion of the meet on Friday with a personal-best score of 449.35, gaining her All-America consideration, was named the ECC Swimmer of the Meet for the second straight year, as well as being named the ECC Athlete of the Year in girls’ swimming and diving.
