At 23 years old, swimmer Yazan Bawwab stood as a proud representative of Palestine at the Hangzhou Asian Games. He exemplifies the Palestinians’ passion for sports and unwavering aspiration for peace through athletic endeavors. Yazan also used this platform to make a contribution and inspire others. He will soon launch “SwimHope Palestine” to teach Palestinian kids to swim as many can’t and drown.
