Douglas Lumsden called the Scottish government ‘immoral’ for not passing on UK government money issued to fund swimming pools.
Mr. Lumsden told how Bucksburn swimming pool in Aberdeen has been closed by SNP council and that locals are taking them to court over the closure.
SNP minister Joe FitzPatrick accused Mr Lumsden of wanting council money ‘ringfenced.’
