Competitive artistic swimming athlete Hannah Proud is the newest and youngest coach of the Nanaimo Diamonds Artistic Swimming Club. Drawing from her own experience as a high-performance athlete, she focuses on her team’s well-being in practice and creates a positive and supportive environment that is critical for her athlete’s success.
