  1. Persil (Dumbbell) Thrusters – 3 sets x 12 reps
  2. Compost (Kettebell) Squats -3 sets x 12 reps
  3. Persil (Dumbbell) Lunges – 3 sets x 12 per leg
  4. Weighted (Plate) Planks – 2 sets x 1 minute
  5. Book (Light Plate) Passes – 2 sets x books right to left and reverse
