A man who drowned in Lake Wissota was the same man who was arrested just hours earlier for child porn, 32-year-old Daniel Weggel who was a high school swimming coach in the Eau Claire school district. Police says evidence seized shows Weggel hid cameras in his home, in the homes of his victims and in other places in order to secretly capture images of the underage girls. He left a suicide note.
