This is crazy, 36-year-old Marie Joseph had not been seen since Sunday, when youngsters who jumped over a fence Tuesday night for a clandestine swim found her body floating in the Fall River Veterans Memorial Pool. Via ctv.ca

Has she really been lying dead on the bottom of the pool for two days, without lifeguards, health inspectors or other swimmers noticing anything?

Two health inspectors visited the pool on Monday, one of them again on Tuesday, with listing anything more noteworthy in their report than “the clarity (of the water) as cloudy.”

And then the nice touch, with all the chlorine in the pool, officials can safely say that “there are no health associated with this” (swimming in a pool with a day-old body on the bottom).
