TDSB says C.W. Jefferys student who drowned had failed swim test
C. W. Jefferys student Jeremiah Perry, who drowned while on a school canoe trip to Algonquin Park in July, hadn’t passed a mandatory swim test, and should not have been allowed to go on the trip, according to the TDSB.
