52-year-old woman dies during open water swim in Denmark
Danish media reports that a 52-year-old woman has died today during the Vejle Fjordsvøm in Vejle, Jutland, an open water event attracting 500-600 participants to swim the 1.4 kilometers across the firth of Vejle. Apparently they first discovered that she was missing when recounting after the swim, and then sent a helicopter and a rescue…
