Freestyle swimmer Jonathan Tan is leading the charge as Singapore looks to bag two gold medals at the upcoming Asian Games in Hangzhou. He has been touted as one to watch, after an Olympic Qualifying swim at the recent SEA Games. Singapore swimmers have earned a medal every year at the Asian Games since 2000.
