Relive the 200m Backstroke and new World Record set by Austria’s Markus Rogan of Austria at the 2008 FINA World Swimming Championships (25m) in Manchester. Rogan outpaced Ryan Lochte, who was the previous World Record holder by less than a tenth of a second in a time of 1:47.84 seconds. Enjoy watching!
