At home strength routine with loop resistance band
Do 8-12 reps of each of the 4 exercises and repeat 2-3x
Exercise 1: Shoulder press
Exercise 2: Squat Shoulder Press
Exercise 3: Bicep curl
Exercise 4: Sumo high pull
Exercise 5: Bent over row
