Olympian swimmer Michael Phelps is selling his Spanish-style mansion outside of Phoenix for $4.125 million.

Mr. Phelps, 32, winner of 23 Olympic gold medals, put the white-stucco home in the upmarket Phoenix suburb of Paradise Valley on the market on Thursday. The single-story home boasts trendy luxury finishes like carrera marble countertops, walls made of shiplap plus a pool and hot tub, according to the listing with Julie Pelle and Christina Rathbun of Realty ONE Group.

The agents declined to comment, citing a non-disclosure agreement.

Mr. Phelps bought the nearly one-acre estate in 2015 for $2.537 million through a limited liability company and his Baltimore-based business manager David Pessin, according to property records. Mr. Pessin did not immediately return a request for comment.
