  1. I think swimming is the best option ’cause when you are running you are sweating and it’s not really comfortable=) I am swimming about 2 years and I love it. It keeps my health in good condition and I can buy all that awesome swimming stuff from http://www.proswimwear.co.uk/ . And it’s a great plus=)
