Eleven-time Olympic medalist Ryan Lochte made an appearance at the Greensboro Aquatic Center Monday.
The swimmer was in the Gate City as part of the opening day festivities for the 2015 YMCA National Short Course Swimming Championships. Lochte shared his insight on his swimming career, training, and what he is enjoying about being in Greensboro.
