Jorge Caba’s physical recovery from injuries inflicted by a boat propeller to his thigh and pelvis Sunday is moving along, but he says recuperating mentally has been tough.
As he considers his 12-year-old daughter who was on his boat with him that afternoon, he cries.
“My daughter doesn’t want to go on the boat anymore,†Caba, 48, of suburban West Palm Beach said.
