Over $100,000 to be won at the US vs Europe duel in the pool

Very nice, competitors at the Mutual of Omaha Duel in the Pool will be awarded $1,500 for every gold medal, probably something for lesser medals too, and $15,000 if they manage to set a world record. The European All-Star team will be comprised of up to 22 men and 22 women, and has already seen commitments from World Championship swimmers from Great Britain, the Netherlands, Poland, Belarus, Denmark, Austria and Lithuania.
