The Tanzania Swimming Association says it is using the upcoming African Swimming Confederation Zone 3 swimming competition to assert the country’s growing dominance in the East and Horn of Africa region. The 6th edition of the competition will take place in Uganda this December and will bring together swimmers from 10 countries. CGTN’s Isaac Lukando has more.
