Philippa Bacon of Chevy Chase, mother of Phoebe Bacon, talks about her daughter swimming in the Tokyo Olympics. Like Katie Ledecky, Phoebe Bacon attended Little Flower School and Stone Ridge School of the Sacred Heart. She currently attends the University of Wisconsin.
