Hong Kong swimmer Siobhan Haughey made history once again on July 30, 2021, by taking her second Olympic silver medal in the women’s 100m freestyle final at the Tokyo Games. Fans in the city stopped to watch the 23-year-old, who had already earned a silver medal on July 28, when she became the first swimmer from the city to compete in an Olympics final.
