Swim Across America is returning to St. Louis this summer for its 6th annual Open Water Swim event on August 28, 2021. Enjoy a beautiful summer day at Innsbrook Resort and take part in a 1/2 mile, 1 mile or 2 mile swim on pristine Alpine Lake. Not a swimmer? You can still participate as an individual or team member with the activity of your choice through SAA My Way.
All money raised stays local, at the Siteman Cancer Center, where it all goes straight to cutting-edge research projects.
