2.5km Bio Island JX swimmers were treated to an Open Water clinic at Swimming NSW’s 2020 Open Water Championships. Olympian Jarrod Poort and Bondi Lifeguard Wally Eggleton chatted to the swimmers about race preparation, open water swimming challenges and how to be the best!
