Spain’s Nina Zhivanevskaya was in good spirits during the 50m Backstroke at the 2003 FINA World Championships in Barcelona and she clearly reflected this in her performance. She sprinted her way to the finish in a Championships Record time (28.48), just 2 hundredths of a second ahead of Ilona Hlavackova from the Czech Republic.
