A Cape Town extreme swimmer couldn’t wait for lockdown to end to get back into the water. So, as a professional athlete who’s allowed to train under Level 3, he didn’t waste a minute to do so. Only, he used his first training session to set a new record – one that the late pro swimmer, Theodore Yach had set for the most Robben Islands crossings. Tanya Nefdt caught up with him.
