Open water swimming after a long break due to injury, coronavirus, pandemic or just taking a step back from swimming and triathlon can be difficult. Open water swimming without a break can be daunting for beginner triathletes and swimmers as well. Coach Bryan, the head coach of TheSwimMechanic.com and the president of OneWithTheOcean.org, gave us his top tips for getting back into the open water. His tips will help make you a faster, safer and more confident open water swimmer and triathlete! Coach Craig had a long conversation with Coach Bryan covering many topics including:
