China’s triple Olympic champion swimmer, Sun Yang, has told sport’s highest judicial body he missed a drug check because testers failed to provide the correct ID and documentation.

The controversial swimmer has also criticised the Australian media for its coverage of his case, as he began his defence before the Court of Arbitration for Sport.
