For the Olympic swimmer Adam Peaty, the thing that he initially feared is what shaped his career. Being around water for 35 hours a week for intense training, he surely seems to have surpassed his fear superbly.

As someone who loves to push himself, he admits that his journey to where he is now has been phenomenally hard and there have been times when he’s thought of quitting. However, with his recent gold win at the European Swimming Championships, he has definitely proven how much his hard work and dedication has paid off.
