The idea for the relay came out of the teammate’s support of Harris, a testicular cancer survivor who has been in remission for 3 years.

“We wanted to come up with a fun way to show our support for those who suffer from testicular and prostate cancer, to raise awareness for Movember and men’s health issues and to show Shaun, who has been swimming with our club for the past few months, that we support him and the recovery he has made from testicular cancer,” says coach, Emile De Bruin.

In a statement today the TUKS Mo Bro Relay have issued a challenge to other swimming teams – universities, schools and clubs – and individual swimmers around the country and world to register onMovember.com and swim in the name of Movember.
