At the World Cup meet in Moscow today, Russia’s team of Sergey Makov (23.98), Andrey Grechin (26.90), Daria Tcvetkova (25.97) and Ekaterina Borovikova (24.85) managed to crush the mixed 4×50 medley world record, with a time of 1:41.70 beating Indiana University’s world record of 1:49.87 from September. This is an only recently recognized FINA event, so expect it to be broken again soon. See the result list here.
