International Swimming Federation known as FINA is about to launch its 15th World Aquatics Championship. On 19th of July Barcelona will transform into the capital of planet water.

Four amazing venues will feature five sports: swimming, diving, water polo, synchronised swimming and open water swimming. All the disciplines will show the most skilled and inspiring swimmers of the qualifying federations.

Both males and females test their strengths in all categories apart from one, synchronised swimming, which is by majority, mostly women’s sport. National level competitions however often permit men to compete among women.

Open water, synchronised swimming and diving start on the 20th of July, water polo will start during the first weekend of FINA. Swimming competitions will commence on the 28th of July and continue until the 4th of August, the final day of FINA World Championships in Barcelona. In just over two weeks the federation will draw out best of the best.

USA swimmers tend to take the lead in putting their hands down on the medal table. Last year in Shanghai, China made it to the second place on the table. Who will prove to be the leader of 15th FINA medal clash?

Becoming one of these amazing individuals can start at your local swimming pool. Once you found the perfect kids, men’s or ladies swimwear there is nothing to stop you from swimming among the best swimmers in the world during the next FINA championships.

XVI FINA championship will take place in Kazan, Russia in 2015. Start your training today!
