Olympic swimming star Eamon Sullivan is building a restaurant above the new surf life saving club at Leighton Beach in North Fremantle.
Sullivan already owns Louis Baxters Cafe in Subiaco.
Sullivan is rebuilding his body after a shoulder operation in November and planned to be on the starting blocks for Australia at the 2016 Olympics in Rio de Janeiro.
“I’m taking a year off from competitive swimming,” he said. “But I might do a few local meets.”
