“My disabled goldfish scooting around in her newly redesigned sling. She has trouble maintaining buoyancy on her own. She looks a little silly, but it is better than lying at the bottom of the tank all day!”

“Have to make sure she’s getting enough to eat. She is very tame :)”

Wow! Amazing!  I wish I had had such an apparatus for my oranda, Humphrey, several years ago.  He had swim bladder disease and would alternate between floating at the top and sitting at the bottom, upside down.  I would aspirate his swim bladder myself so he wouldn’t stay floating at the top of the tank but there was no happy medium; no swimming about “normally” like this lucky girl does.  Hats off to the inventiveness of the owner, a goldfish hero!
