The Channel Swimming and Piloting Federation (CS&PF) launched their newly designed site cspf.co.uk this week, offering a wealth of practical information including an informative explanation of what English Channel rules are, and featuring personal accounts of swimmers who have successfully swam solo between England and France.

It also has a lighter side with advice regarding how to tackle a jelly baby, you will have to immerse yourself into the site to discover that sugary treat.
