I think it is Wu Peng doing the Plunge for Distance here. Did you know that this was actually an Olympic event once? Part of the diving at the 1904 Summer Olympics in St. Louis, USA. Rules that competitors dove into the pool from a standing position and their attained distance was measured after either 60 seconds passed or their head broke the surface, whichever came first. Winner then was William Dickey out of USA with 19.05 meters.
