Suffering from a recent bout of swine flu, Emily Seebohm collapsed today at the end of the Australian Championships women’s 100 backstroke final, managing silver in 1:00.08 inside the Shanghai cut, but then given oxygen and placed in a wheelchair. Coutts on the other hand survived the 200 free prelims and semi, with a 2:00.29 and 1:57.99 (ranked no 5 in the semi), and now only has the 200 final tomorrow left, to see if she drowns in that event.
