USA’s Rebecca Soni set a new 100 meter breaststroke world record, with a time of 1:04.87 where ‘Lethal’ Leisel Jones’ world record was 1:05.09. Russia’s Anastasia Zueva set a new 100 backstroke world record, with a time of 58.48 where Kirsty Coventry’s world record was58.77.
