Our historic Sea Baths are the most sacred heart beat of the Brighton Baths Health Club. Home to our inspirational IceBergers, our sea baths have seen generations of swimmers every morning for the last 139 years performing their daily ritual swim. With 50m lap lanes, a 300m circuit, a dive-in platform and protective borders, our Sea Baths are the perfect way to experience open-water swimming (or begin for the first time) in a safe, protected and community based setting.
