Upper Body Mobility for Swimmers


In this video, NASM Master Instructor Ken Miller and Carolina Rey demonstrate an upper-body mobility workout for swimmers. These exercises are geared toward swimmers who are beyond the stabilization phase of their training and are working on the strength phase of their program.
