Coach Russ demonstrating a good beginner to moderate dryland workout


This is the same workout we did as a group earlier in the day. Give this workout a shot on your own. I purposely didn’t play any music so you would be able to listen to your own music while exercising. Everyone’s music taste is different. Listen to something that motivates you. Please ask as many questions as you need. I love questions – that’s how you get better.
