We shake this up this week with a game. “Coach Justin” writes a workout for Luke, Bryan and John based on the 2008 Olympic Games. Using only Olympic events, Justin calls out a set with repeats, using Olympic race distances. For each rep, coach calls out the name of a finalist for that distance and the guys have the repeat interval to chat about the swimmers.
