AIRR | Day In the life of a Rescue Swimmer


What is a day in the life of a rescues swimmer like? AIRR is a challenging and rewarding career in the US Navy. Many people attempt this search and rescue school but find out that helicopter rescue is not for them. It’s more than just saving lives and our motto so others may live. It’s about challenging yourself weather that be through flying, ground jobs, writing a flight schedule, and working with other units.
