At the World Cup meet in Singapore today, Australia’s mixed 4×50 meter medley relay broke the world record twice, with a time of 1:38.02 in the final, beating their own 1:39.08 world record from the prelims the same morning, and before that the 1:39.54 of France from Doha last month. The swimmers were Robert Hurley (backstroke, 23.47), Christian Sprenger (breaststroke, 25.97), Alicia Coutts (butterfly 25.35) and Cate Campbell (crawl, 23.23). See the result list here.
